Our prayers and condolences to the family of Mr. Jarvis Dennis, former Vice President of Transportation and Warehouse for TG&Y. Mr. Dennis passed away on January 28, 2014. He was 82.
Services for Mr. Dennis will be at New Covenant United Methodist Church on January 31, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Arrangements are being handled by Matthews Funeral Home in Edmond.

George started his career at TG&Y Company in Oklahoma City, working in MIS. In 1986, he joined Arkansas Best Freight in Ft. Smith where he worked until his retirement in 2015. He was able to attend one of the reunions a few years ago. View the full obituary at: King and Shearwood Funeral Home
This post was submitted today by Buddy’s son Darrell Baker. Buddy Baker started in late 1953 at the warehouse on 36 and north Santa Fe and then in Edmond. He worked until McCrorys shut it down in 1988. The airport authority bought his house in 1995 that he had lived in since March of 1954….

Rex J. Stringer passed away January 12, 2019 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
