It’s with much sadness that we share with you that Lee Ann Towell passed away on July 4, 2024. She worked in the Traffic Department and was employed with TG&Y for 27 years.
Mr. Stewart died on July 30, 2013. Richard worked in the Edmond Oklahoma Warehouse after he was laid off in the late 80’s, he went to work for Hobby Lobby Warehouse in OKC retiring in 2005. Thanks to Mr. Tommy Mosher for providing the update.
Many younger people don’t know about or remember TG&Y so it’s hard for them to entertain that it was bigger than Walmart before Walmart became the giant it is today.
