Too soon, we are posting that another of our TG&Y family has passed away. Michael Howell, who worked in the Printing Department, passed away June 15, 2014. His obituary is found at the Daily Oklahoman.
Bill Seaton passed away February 11, 2011. His funeral was last Saturday but we didn’t learn of it in time to post it earlier. You may read the obituary at http://matthewsfuneralhome.com/seaton.aspx for as long as the funeral home link is up. Rex J. Stringer passed away January 12, 2019 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the University Heights Baptist Church in Stillwater, OK. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. George started his career at TG&Y Company in Oklahoma City, working in MIS. In 1986, he joined Arkansas Best Freight in Ft. Smith where he worked until his retirement in 2015. He was able to attend one of the reunions a few years ago. View the full obituary at: King and Shearwood Funeral Home

Jim Kettler let us know that Ada Mae Forbes who worked at the 36th and N Western store before she transferred to the office, passed away this morning about 9:30 AM on November 30, 2010. She was Hue Weirsig’s administrative assistant for many years and was a wonderful person. Services were pending at the time…
